The Katsuya Brunch
The iconic Katsuya at Hyde Hotel Dubai in Business Bay promises an adrenaline-filled brunch featuring exceptional Japanese cuisine, bold entertainment and unbeatable views overlooking the glittering Burj Khalifa.
The bold brunch, which pays homage to the iconic Japanese geishas, will be mixing traditional Japanese culture with modern influences to create an afternoon filled with fiery performances, endless entertainment, and a soundtrack of the best beats. Japanese cooking techniques will fuel guests throughout as beverages flow freely into the evening. Food certainly does not come second fiddle here as the Katsuya brunch menu showcases all aspects of Japanese dining at its finest.
Chef Pavel Nigai has prepared an impressive line up of sharing style starters including a choice of Steamed or Spicy Edamame, Wagyu Gyoza with Black Garlic Ponzu, Wagyu Beef Tacos, Salmon Tartare, and the Chef’s special selection of Katsuya sushi rolls.
The Japanese robatayaki grill will be fired up for the occasion and feature a variety of freshly grilled meats, fish and vegetables served on the table alongside the fan favourite Mushroom Bop or Yakisoba Noodles. Ending on a sweet note, desserts include a selection of sweet delicacies served up sharing style on Katsuya’s signature dessert platter.
Between 1:00pm to 4:00pm, guests can head to Hyde Hotel Dubai to join the spectacular Saturday Brunch at Katsuya. Expect an afternoon packed with the best Japanese cuisine in town and memorable performances that will keep guests enthralled and left wanting more.

Hudson Tavern Brunch
Prepare for a New York-inspired brunch with a cheeseburger, fries, and drink in hand at this urban escape.
The neighbourhood hub, Hudson Tavern, launches a brand new Friday evening brunch inspired by the ultimate New Yorker, Carrie Bradshaw. Starting from 7:30pm until 10:30pm, the intimate urban escape is the perfect place to kick off the weekend in the only way that Carrie and the girls could.
Inspired by the words of Bradshaw, “I’d like a cheeseburger please, large fries, and a cosmopolitan!”, guests will be handed a Cosmo on arrival and feel like they’ve stepped onto the streets of the Big Apple as they dine on New York classics in a sultry setting. Specialty signature cocktails, including ‘Carrie’s Cosmo’, ‘Mr Big,’ and a ‘Tartini’, will be flowing all evening long as the live entertainment sets the tone for the night and keeps the vibe alive.
Come in your finest NY fashion week inspired outfit and the best-dressed gal will win happy hour drinks for her and three girlfriends. The laidback venue will be decked out with props inspired by the legendary series with nods to Carrie’s shopping habits and love of shoes. Even the waitresses will be dressed according to the theme in classic LBD’s paired with the right accessories.
The sharing-style menu includes Shrimp Cocktail, fresh Caesar Salad, Nashville Hot Chicken Sliders with a side of crispy fries and a variety of tasty tacos to dive into. A decadent Praline Cake will end the evening on a sweet high whilst master mixologist, Tony Paul, is behind the bar whipping up the dreamiest cocktails for guests to enjoy.

Hudson Tavern Oysters and Bubbles
The perfect evening with fresh oysters and ice-cold beverages.
End your day in style with the finest bubbly and freshly shucked oysters, prepared by the expert team at Hudson Tavern. Everyday, guests can enjoy a leisurely evening relaxing in the laid-back speakeasy, with fresh-from-the-ocean oysters perfectly paired with a bottle of bubbly, all whilst soaking in the rustic urban charm of the New York-inspired tavern.
The Oysters and Bubbly experience will be served for just AED175 per person and includes half a dozen oysters and a bottle of fizz per person. The cosy neighbourhood hub, Hudson Tavern, is the ideal spot to while away an evening with its rustic charm, warm lighting and comforting yet upscale bar bites.

Wind down at the laidback speakeasy, Hudson Tavern with tacos, good vibes, and ice-cold house beverages on tap.
The cosy neighbourhood hub, Hudson Tavern, has launched a stellar new Speakeasy Taco Tuesdays, perfect for the after-work crowd.
From 4:00 pm onwards every Tuesday, guests can dine on the Mexican staple to their hearts’ content from a selection of tasty tacos including Chili Garlic Chicken, Spicy Lamb, Shrimp and Vegetarian Mushroom. For just AED155,guests can take their pick and enjoy two sets of delicious tacos alongside a pint of cold hop, while they relax into the laid-back vibes of the candle lit tavern.
