Michael Cinco Captivates the Audience at Arab Fashion Week 2022

At the height of Arab Fashion Week, designer Michael Cinco unveiled his latest collection. 

Titled ‘The Impalpable Dream of the Voyager’, Michael alludes his Menswear 2022-23 collection to the spirit of adventure. 

Remarking on the last few years being restrictive for travel, the designer brought forth his own take on the theme of aviation and journeying, evolving his models into journeymen and jet setters in a fantastical light. 

Couture, floor sweeping coats graced the runway, setting the stage for oversized trench coats to follow. Drawing on inspiration from vintage aviator fashion, elaborately made parachute-esque pieces then dropped onto the runway, accented playfully with goggles, boots and carefully selected accessories. 

While most menswear collections stick to a monotonous palette, M5 has been known to make color the centerpiece of his design. A wide, cohesive array of soft pastel and rich velvety colors has been used to emphasize his impalpable dream – completed by his team’s trademark embellishment, embroidery and layering.
