Christine Tilja takes pride in being a resilient entrepreneur who just keeps going even when the going gets tough.  Seasoned by business experience learned from an early age and growing up with entrepreneurial parents, her businesses have been growing from strength to strength despite challenges in the global market.  She has been constantly expanding her brand and channeling the mindset, “Whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” mindset. Like many Filipino entrepreneurs, she works to add value to her community.

“My passion as an entrepreneur is deeply rooted from my desire to create a happy, healthy and loving home for my family and at the same time  empowering mothers of this generation, that we can raise our children and at the same time build a business that generates sustainable income for our families,” she says.

Since starting her own business ventures in 2014, James Travels and Tours has opened branches in the Philippines and Dubai. She is set to establish the third branch of the company, this time showcasing the Philippines as the perfect beach escape.  Her other venture, Lucas James Holiday Homes, on the other hand, provides high-quality accommodations to the tourists visiting the Philippines. In addition, she also offers assistance to fellow Filipino expats who own properties in the Philippines and would like to list their properties through her AIRBNB co-hosting facility.
