Mayne Tamondong is the Global HR Projects Lead for Equiti Group. Also, a lecturer at the at the Philippine Business School, she supports many professionals in achieving their goals. “It is in me to recognize people’s strengths.  I advise people to build on their strengths, identify their motivations, have a growth mindset and celebrate both personal and professional successes.”

Mayne obtained her HR Management qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in London, and is an active contributor for People Management Middle East magazine. Additionally, she has lectured on career and employment to individuals within non-profit entities.

She also works to promote inclusivity for the hearing – disabled, and female empowerment, and the elevation of the Filipino – collaborating with numerous organizations in the process.   “I have made it my lifelong mission to be a good ambassador for my country,” she says. “I’m always careful on the way I conduct and portray myself in general. The concept is very simple – work on your personal brand and ensure raising the profile of Filipinos globally.”
