A relatively new addition to the field who has made rapid headway nonetheless, he draws on the competitiveness and tenacity of Filipinos, highlighting that they are talented and resourceful – always stepping up their game with every project.  He cautions, however, “Keep on going and never stop.  Do not to the book.” And adds, “Time changes the formula of success. Open your mind to new learnings, and as much as possible, have some healthy competition.”
